IT'S TIME TO CELEBRATE
Our party will be held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
** PLEASE NOTE **
We will have 12 indoor courts. Check-in, social hour, food, raffles, etc., will all be held in the indoor tennis facility.
SPECIAL MEMBER RATE: $25.00
NON-MEMBER RATE: $42.00
This is also an AWESOME way to get some good practice in for THE MARSHA DAY MTG CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS and THE LIBERTY OPEN.
FIRST SESSION IS FULL***
- 7:00pm: Check-in
- 7:30pm – 8:30pm: Tennis Play
- 8:30pm – 9:45pm: Dinner/Raffles
- 9:45pm – 11pm: Tennis Play
SECOND SESSION ****
- 8:00pm: Check-in
- 8:30pm – 9:45pm: Tennis Play
- 9:45pm – 11pm: Dinner/Raffles
- 11:00pm – 12am: Tennis Play
Food and drink will be provided, and you of course are welcome to bring special dishes or desserts.
PARTNERS: If you have a doubles partner with whom you wish to play, please make sure you make note of it when you sign up. If you DO NOT have a partner, we will partner you with someone of your playing level, so please make sure to include your level.
Remember, we will have raffles, food, and fun. The two sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.This means that the first 48 people who sign up will be in the first session after that the rest will be in the second session. If you want the first session, sign up quickly! If you have a doubles partner and want to make sure you are in the same sessions, please sign up and pay at the same time. If the spots are available, we will pair you.
**If anyone would like to bring (bought or homemade) desserts, please feel welcome to do so. You are not obligated to bring anything, but we find that these complimentary gestures help foster MTG camaraderie and make the parties that much more special!***

We accept payments via PayPal by either using the option on the website or sending the payment to: treasurer@metrotennisgroup.com.
Please note that we have 72-hour cancellation policy regarding all playing events. If you do not cancel before Wednesday, April 29th, at 7PM, we will be unable to refund your payment in the event you pull out after that time...for any reason whatsoever.
This strict policy is based on the fact that we have already booked the courts, purchased the food, and made firm commitments regarding both. We cannot undo/revise these incurred costs to accommodate last-minute pullouts. Please be mindful of this policy.
