Come play tennis and help raise money for a very important cause. The Matthew Shepard Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that teaches tolerance and acceptance of diverse lifestyles. The organization does wonderful work from visiting local communities to teach kids about acceptance and embracing individuals with gay, ethnic and diverse lifestyles to successfully lobbying for the recent federal hate crime law making gay hate crimes a federal offense

Suggested donation is $30. The event will consist of round robin tennis from 12PM to 4PM. We will have food, drink and a grand raffle giving away lots of exciting prizes. This will be a non-competitive tennis event. All playing levels are welcome and everyone will be randomly mixed up for game play. The goal here is not to win, but rather to socialize, play tennis and enjoy the company of those who surround you both on and off the court. During off-court time you talk to fellow MTG-ers and meet other non-MTG players who are supporting the event.
