Food and drink will be provided and you of course are welcome to bring special dishes or desserts.

PARTNERS: If you have a doubles partner that you wish to play with please make sure that you make note of it when you sign up so that you can play together. 

If you DO NOT have a partner, we will partner you with someone of your playing level, so please make sure that you have your level listed. 

Women and Beginners are encouraged to attend! If you would like to meet with someone along your route please make note of it as well and we will see what we can do to assist you in your travels.

Please make sure that you use our paypal system.  If you need to cancel for any reason after you have paid please do so 72 hours prior to the event [WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24, 2013] After this date there are NO REFUNDS.

Also, if you have signed up and have not paid 72 hours prior to the event [WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24, 2013] you will be placed on the wait list and someone from the wait list will take your place and you will be placed at the bottom of the wait list.
