DOUBLE PAIRINGS: 

We will do our best to pair you according to your playing level.  If you have a doubles partner that you wish to play with please, let the event coordinator know in advance. 

If you DO NOT have a partner, we will partner you with someone of your playing level, so please make sure that you have your level listed. 

Please be aware that while we are happy to pair you with a requested doubles partner, we will not be able to pair you with specific groups. (**This is a ROUND ROBIN DOUBLES EVENT.)

Any registration received for this event without a concurrent payment will be relegated to the wait list by the coordinator of the event until such time as payment is received. Any request for special accommodations regarding payment must be directed to the attention of the event coordinator, and any decision regarding accommodations are at the sole discretion of the event coordinators.**

**No “Walk Ins” permitted. (You must be registered and paid in order to play this event). No exceptions.
