Players will be split into 2 groups and have time in between rounds to have provided dinner and to hang out with your friends and hopefully make some new ones.
This is a round-robin event and women are encouraged to join. If you have a tennis partner, let us know so we put you together. If you don't have one, no worries; we'll take care of that.
Note on playing level and format: beginner level players who are unfamiliar with the round-robin format might want to consider registering for an MTG Beginner level party first or inquiring with the event coordinator to establish their comfort.
Session Group Assignments: players will be randomly selected for each group in terms of start time. An email will be sent the night before the event with your group assignment. Unfortunately we cannot accept session requests. Please be ready to play in either session.

Cancellations and Refunds: if your plans have changed and you can't attend, please email the event coordinator(s). Refunds can not be honored for cancellations made after 72 hours before the event date. MTG's no-show policy for tennis events will apply to this event.
