Food and drink will be provided during the Town Hall Meeting! Of course, you are welcome to bring special dishes or desserts.
PARTNERS: If you have a doubles partner that you
wish to play with please make sure that you make
note of it when you sign up so that you can play together.
If you DO NOT have a partner, we will partner you
with someone of your playing level, so please make sure
that you have your level listed.
Please be aware that we are happy to pair you
with your regular doubles partner, however, we will
not be able to pair you with specific groups.
This is a ROUND ROBIN Doubles event,
Women and Beginners are encouraged to attend!
If you would like to meet with someone along your
route please make note of it as well and we will see
what we can do to assist you in your travels.

As noted in a recent email, we are continuing the ratings policy put in place a couple of years. We will have a couple of raters at this event rating players. The ratings are being done to insure parity in level-specific events as well as our members-only tournament, the Marsha Day MTG Club Championships.
If you have signed up but not paid 72 hours
prior to the event [WEDNESDAY, November 18, 2015] you
will be placed on the wait list and someone from
the wait list will take your place and you will be
placed at the bottom of the wait list.
