Equal parts tennis clinic, social experiment, and “wait, how did I just play my best doubles ever with strangers?” energy. You’ll bounce between rotating doubles and chaotic-fun, instructor-led drills that somehow make you better while keeping things just unhinged enough to be wildly entertaining. It’s fast, it’s social, it’s a little competitive—and by the end, you’ve made new friends, hit some questionable winners, and absolutely earned the short 5-minute walk to Granny Annies’s for dinner, drinks, and dramatic match recaps.

Serve, rally, laugh, repeat! MTG Drill & Play is all about women coming together to improve their game, try new drills, and enjoy friendly doubles without any pressure. Whether you’re hitting your first volleys or crushing cross-court winners, you’ll rotate through partners and courts, keep the energy high, and finish off on a high note—maybe with a little post-play hang at Granny Annies’s, just a short walk away, to toast your wins (and laugh off the misses).

Expect a fun mix of friendly competition and “how did that even go in?” moments. Play two back-to-back, one-hour doubles games with rotating partners and opponents—no partner needed, all genders welcome, and we’ll match you by level. Stick around afterward for an optional post-event social to swap match stories and laughs.

Mix tennis, friends, and a little post-match nosh, and you’ve got the MTG Doubles Party! Spend an evening at the iconic Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, home of the US Open, playing, socializing, and enjoying dinner mid-session. Each player gets two one-hour matches with a dinner break in between—bring a partner if you have one, or we’ll pair you with someone at your level. It’s competitive enough to keep things interesting, but social enough to guarantee laughs, new friends, and a few gloriously wild shots you’ll brag about forever. This event is normally hosted monthly.
