Join your fellow MTG players for an exciting weekend of tennis and off-court fun at this fantastic facility located 2.5 hours north of NYC. Tennis instruction includes eight hours of group instruction, plus an individual half-hour private lesson, led by USTA-certified professional instructors.

Included in price

• Eight hours of group instruction (four players per court) from USTA-certified instructors
• Individual half-hour private lesson
• Lodging
• First-class dining
• Saturday-night happy hour before dinner
• Outdoor pool and courts for free play will be available

Cost

• $790/person for double occupancy in standard room, plus tax and tip for dining room and housekeeping. Other room types may increase or lower the cost. Check with Total Tennis on options.
• MTG members with active membership as of 8/15/2025 receive a $50 discount
• $150 additional fee ($75/night) for single occupancy for the entire weekend
• Non-players: $175/night, plus tax and tip for dining room and housekeeping

Logistics

• Reserve directly with Total Tennis at 1-800-221-6496. $300 deposit required to reserve your spot.
• Check-in starts at 3:30pm on Friday and includes dinner.
• Transportation is self-organized; your MTG coordinator can advise on options via public transit or help connect with other players driving up, if available.
• Instruction begins Saturday at 8am and ends Sunday at 2pm.
• In order to promote an inclusive and welcoming experience for all MTG players, we have agreed with the team at Total Tennis to limit pre-formed groups to 3 players per court. We kindly ask to keep this in mind as you plan your participation.

Additional notes

• During this weekend, Total Tennis offers a 10h and 8h program. MTG will plan for the 8h program. Based on player interest, we will organize a social round robin on the outdoor courts on Friday afternoon at 4pm.
• The summer weekend has a maximum capacity of 80 players. Total Tennis will reserve 32 spots for MTG. This means that we will share the facility with non-MTG players. However, all MTG players will be grouped together on court.
• We may increase our roster based on demand and availability but will always arrange to keep our players together on court.
