Gayver Cup 2026: Join Team GLTA All Stars

MTG members are invited to apply for Team GLTA All Stars. The second annual Gayver Cup takes place October 31–November 1 at Lauderdale Tennis Club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida—home of the Clay Court Classic.

Originally inspired by the Florida Cup, the Gayver Cup has expanded into a team competition featuring three teams:

• Team Atlanta
• Team South Florida
• Team GLTA All Stars (now recruiting players from GLTA clubs across North America, including MTG)

Unlike a traditional individual tournament, you'll compete as part of Team GLTA All Stars alongside players from across the GLTA community. The tournament is open to players of all genders and offers Open, A, B, and C singles and doubles divisions.

lululemon is the tournament's presenting sponsor and will provide custom team shirts for all participants.

Tournament Details

• Dates: October 31–November 1, 2026
• Venue: Lauderdale Tennis Club, Fort Lauderdale, FL
• Surface: Har-Tru (Green Clay)
• Team Format:
  • 7 singles players per level (Open–C)
  • 8–10 doubles players per level (Open–C)
• Registration Fee: $65 for singles + doubles, or $50 for singles or doubles

The weekend also coincides with Wicked Manors, a 40,000+ attendee LGBTQ+ Halloween street festival in Fort Lauderdale.

Weekend Schedule

Friday, October 30

• Welcome event at Lauderdale Tennis Club (7:00–9:00 PM)

Saturday, October 31

• Singles competition (8:00 AM–3:30 PM)
• Wicked Manors Halloween festival (evening)

Sunday, November 1

• Doubles competition (8:00 AM–12:30 PM)
• Trophy presentation following play
