Schedule & Draw Information

  • Match schedule and draws will be published approximately 3 days before the tournament
  • All players will be notified individually (via email) of their match times and opponents
  • Please check in regularly and arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled match

Note: Depending on draw size, players may be scheduled for up to 4 matches in a single day.

Consolation Draw (Singles)

We’re excited to offer a consolation draw for all singles events!

  • Open to every player who loses their first singles match
  • Provides additional match play and a chance to compete for a consolation title
  • Begins Sunday, October 12, with finals on Monday, October 13
A “consolation draw” is a second-chance bracket – it’s not about skill level, it’s about more tennis and fun!

Doubles & Mixed Doubles

Doubles: You can register with a partner, or indicate you need one during registration – we’ll pair you with a compatible player.

Mixed Doubles: We are gauging interest! During registration, you can express interest in participating. We will confirm whether a Mixed event will be offered based on registration numbers.

  • If offered, it counts as one of your two events
  • Final decision will be announced by October 1, 2025

Playing Level Guidance

We aim to create fair and competitive matches using established level systems:

  • Levels align with NTRP, MTG, and UTR guidelines. A breakdown of the playing levels is below, with additional details on playing level on this page:
GLTA Level (All Genders) NTRP LevelGeneral Skill Level
Open 4.5 and above Highly Advanced / Competitive
 A 4.0-4.5 Advanced Intermediate / Advanced
 B 3.5-4.0 Intermediate
 C 3.0-3.5 Advanced Beginner / Early Intermediate
 D Below 3.0 Beginner
  • With the exception of Women’s C Singles and Doubles, all other draws are All Gender
  • Non-male players may step down one level when entering an All Gender draw for better parity
Example: A woman who typically plays B in women’s events may register for C in an All Gender division
  • We will review GLTA, USTA, or UTR rankings to ensure appropriate placement. Please select your division based on your GLTA ranking, if you have one already.
  • Unsure about your level? Select “Help me choose the correct level” during registration – we’ll work with you to find the best fit!

Withdrawals & Refunds

  • Withdrawal deadline: September 20, 2025
  • No refunds will be issued after this date

Social Program

A fun, inclusive social program is part of the experience!
