    Big News!!

For the first time ever, MTG is making a bold move forward on June 30th by joining the World Pride March with our own float. The March coincides with The 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising......3.5 million celebrants are expected to attend here in NYC!!

Our float committee, a dynamic group of volunteers, has been working behind the scenes and secured a 24’ vehicle and placement in the March.  MTG will be in the 5th Section out of 14 and will launch around 3:30–4.  Plenty of time to party after!  The committee has also come up with ideas and designs that reflect the spirit, passion, and fun of our organization.  To that end, we are delighted to share with you a “sneak peek” of our newly designed official pride logo design, created by our own Chrysanne Marzan

So how can you get involved?

COME BE A PART OF THIS SPECTACULAR EVENT, from the inside looking out. We have 70 spots available, and all participants will be wearing our custom t-shirts. Let’s show NYC and the World who we are.  Bring your energy, your passion, and your best moves.....yes, we'll have music!

We are also asking you to bring your generosity.

As you know, MTG is a non-profit all volunteer organization and need donations to cover the costs for ‘special events’, we're asking members and friends to donate money to help us achieve our goal of $4500 to cover the costs of our float. To give you an idea, just the registration for the March was a whopping $900!

Please consider donating $25, $50, $100, $250, or even a thousand!  We need your support!

    MTG at WorldPride 2019 Donations

Let us know how you can help! Whether you march with us, are a spectator with your friends, or spend the weekend elsewhere, or provide financial support.....we hope everyone can join and support MTG!

We are so excited to be a part of this historic event and will have more details in the coming weeks.

In the meantime please let us know any questions, comments and etc. that you may have.

Teri Cavanaugh and the MTG World Pride March Committee!

We're thankful for volunteers! Interested in assisting with MTG's monthly doubles parties at the National Tennis Center?  Each month, we will choose one player to assist the coordinator before the party begins and during the social hour.  You'll be lending a much-needed hand and getting a glimpse into how the Board works to put on fun and successful events for MTG members.  Plus, as a thank you, you'll get to play the doubles party for free!  Please contact the coordinator for details.
