DOUBLE PAIRINGS: 

We will do our best to pair you according to your playing level.  If you have a doubles partner that you wish to play with please, let the event coordinator know in advance. 

If you DO NOT have a partner, we will partner you with someone of your playing level, so please make sure that you have your level listed. 

Please be aware that while we are happy to pair you with a requested doubles partner, we will not be able to pair you with specific groups. (**This is a ROUND ROBIN DOUBLES EVENT.)

Please note there is a 48-hour cancellation policy.  No refunds will be given after 48 hours. 

Food/Beverage: No food or drink will be provided by MTG for this event. However, attendees can head over afterwards to The Bedford, for a post tennis food and drinks social! Located at 110 Bedford Avenue, at the corner of North 11th Street, Brooklyn, NY. 

**Payment must be tendered prior to event registration. Any registration received for this event without a concurrent payment will be relegated to the wait list by the coordinator of the event until such time as payment is received. Any request for special accommodations regarding payment must be directed to the attention of the event coordinator, and any decision regarding accommodations are at the sole discretion of the event coordinators.**

**No “Walk Ins” permitted. (You must be registered and paid in order to play this event). No exceptions.
